·         Wewok Sport offers activewear, sportswear, trackpants, T-shirts, polos, shorts,apparel products

·         All product images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only.

·         Actual colours may slightly vary due to lighting/camera/screens.

·         Product specifications mentioned are approximate and may vary slightly batch-to-batch because of fabric or manufacturing upgrades.

v Pricing & Payment

·         All prices listed on the Platform are inclusive of taxes as mentioned.

·         We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

·         Available payment modes may include:

o    UPI

o    Debit/Credit Cards

o    Net Banking

o    Wallets

o    Cash on Delivery (COD) – only in applicable pincodes

·         In case a payment fails and amount is deducted, refund will be processed by the payment gateway within 5–7 working days.

v Order Acceptance & Cancellation

·         Your order is confirmed only after we accept it.

·         We may cancel or reject an order due to:

o    stock unavailability

o    incorrect pricing

o    invalid address

o    suspected fraudulent activity

·         Customers can cancel orders before dispatch only.

·         Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

v Shipping & Delivery

·         Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners (Delhivery,E-Kart and others)

·         Delivery time varies by pincode: 2–7 working days (approx).

·         Delays can occur because of:

o    weather

o    logistics issues

o    government restrictions

·         We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners.

v Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

·         Returns/Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery for size issues or manufacturing defects.

·         Product must be:

o    unused

o    unwashed

o    without damage

o    with original tag & packaging

·         Innerwear, masks, socks, and discounted items cannot be returned.

·         Refund will be initiated after QC of returned product.

·         Refund modes:

o    Original payment method

·         COD refund will be issued to bank/UPI only.

v License & Website Access

·         You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and make personal use of the Website.

·         You must not:

o    Copy or misuse website content

o    Use website for any fraudulent activity

o    Extract product photos or brand assets without permission

v Intellectual Property

·         All logos, brand names (WEWOK®), product images, banners, designs, graphics, and website content are property of Wewok Sport.

·         Unauthorized usage will lead to legal action under applicable IP laws.

·         By using the Platform, you agree to provide accurate personal information.

·         Your contact details may be used for:

o    order updates

o    customer support

o    promotional communication (SMS/Email/WhatsApp)

·         We never sell or rent your information to third parties.

v  Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

·         indirect or incidental damages

·         courier delays

·         incorrect addresses given by customer

·         colour variation caused by screen/display differences

·         third-party service issues (payment gateways/couriers)

Maximum liability shall not exceed the order value.

• upload harmful/obscene content
• attempt unauthorized access
• copy our product photos or content
• use bots or scripts to disrupt website

v Governing Law
