Refund policy

You can Generate return request for the following reasons,

  1. Missing or Damaged items in order which you received
  2. Received product is different from the website description
  3. Changed your mind about the items which you ordered
  4. In order to get a full refund, you have to return the product in original condition with product tag and safe packaging without any damage.
  5. All return approvals will take 2-4 business days to process.
  6. You have to include the promotional gift, warranty cards and any other item which came with your order.
  7. You have to submit the order invoice to the pickup person for proof of purchase.
  8. Your return is eligible if you return the product within seven days after the delivery.
  9. Products which mentioned “Not eligible for Return” in the product page are not eligible for return or exchange or replacement.
  10. Gifts, clearance sale items and promotional products are not eligible for return.
  11. Original shipping cost will be deducted from Return amount.
  12. If the order mode is Cash on Delivery (COD), As per the RBI payment settlement act 2007 , we can’t refund your bank account. Instead of that we will refund the amount to your Wewok Sport store wallet as store credit.
  13. If the order mode is prepaid you will get a refund within 7-10 working days to your bank account or to the source payment mode.
  14. All refunds for the return will be processed after the return confirmation from the courier.
  15. Coupon code value, Loyalty points & products discount value are non refundable for returns.

Order Cancellation

  1. You can cancel an order by contacting our customer care team wewoksport@gmail.com
  2. We process all the orders within 30 min after the confirmation, so after we can’t cancel an order post the 30 min cut off time.
  3. Orders placed after 6pm on Saturday or on Sunday can be cancelled on Monday before 8am.
  4. Orders placed on Indian public holidays can be cancelled on the next working day before 8am.
  5. If the order mode is prepaid you will get a refund within 7-10 working days to your bank account or to the source payment mode.
  6. Coupon code value, Loyalty points & products discount value are non refundable for cancelled orders and returned items.
